These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zippl application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Zippl Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Zippl", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Your data

You retain ownership of the business data you enter (items, parties, invoices, ledger entries, and related records). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and sync that data solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Subscriptions & free trial

Zippl may be offered with a free trial and paid subscription plans. Trial length, plan features, pricing, and billing cycles are described at the point of purchase. Paid plans renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Taxes may apply.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to other tenants' data;
reverse engineer, resell, or disrupt the Service; or
use the Service in violation of applicable Indian law.

5. GST & compliance

Zippl provides tools to help you record GST-related information. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of your tax filings and for complying with applicable tax laws. Zippl is not a substitute for professional accounting or legal advice.

6. Availability

The Service is offline-first: core billing works without a network connection and syncs to the cloud when connectivity returns. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of cloud sync and may perform maintenance from time to time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and Zippl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached. On termination, you may export your data subject to the plan and technical limitations then in effect.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
